Hello everyone!
Yes, I am home from my mission trip to Madagascar! We got in early yesterday morning. It was a very productive trip & we had a great time! No major illnesses or injuries & we completed the church project! PRAISE THE LORD! He was with us every step of the way - no doubt in my mind! We completed the church in time for a dedication service on Sunday! It was awesome! The people were so thankful to finally have a church to worship in! We were thrilled to be there with them!

Thank you so much for all of your thoughts & prayers! I felt them all! :D

On the diet front, I am thrilled to be @ 175.0 this am! I am thrilled that I stayed about the same weight while being away for 12 days! WOOHOO! :D I did my best to stay on my diet, but it was hard @ times! I did cheat - I will admit that, but I got right back on after enjoying some things! It's hard when you have things like chicken pot pie, cookies, PB & J sandwiches, pancakes, cake with yummy frosting, starbursts & chocolate around you all the time! That's why I don't keep that stuff in my house - because I know that I will eat it! lol! Our cook fed us well & we had many comfort foods to get us thru the work days!

It's back to the diet 100% now! That's okay - I am home now, so this will be a whole lot easier! I can plan my meals & fit in my exercise. Here's to a new start! ;)
175.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, the church looks awesome! It sounds like you had a wonderful experience and you did an awesome job on your food choices, I know that couldn't have been easy with all those foods around, 175 that's great! Now that your home, that graph will start on its downward slide again! (O:
