Well I started over and I seem to be on track. I am going to record everything I eat even if I go over my points because if I have to look at it I am less likely to keep doing it. I am feeling good and have been exerciseing 20 min a day I know it should be more but thats all I can fit in right now. We arerock climbing tonight and although my class was canceled I am now just going with the kids 2 days a week and rock climbing just to practice. I am hoping that if I can stay on track I might lose 2 pounds a week and I hope that it isn't expecting a whole lot but it would be nice............LOL
