ok here I go again. off the wagon and trying to motivate myself back on it. At least I go to the gym on weekends, I tell myself. But that is not enough. I really need to deticate myself to this health challenge. WHY, is it so hard for me lately. I just want to lose 10 lbs and eat clean from now on....
