Finally I have broken this stall. I am down 2 pounds in 2 days. What a relief. I incresed my stairs to 15 sets daily and I have been trying to add weights to my routine a few days a week. I am not sure if that did it or if it was just time to get things going again.

There have been a few days where I felt like I was literally jumping out of my skin to get some exercise and then there were a few days where I was so tired from working so many days straight that exercise sounded equivalent to a death sentence.

For the most part, I am not hungry at all though. I am completely off the potatoes. For Lent I tried to give up soda and potatoes but I've been only partially successful on the soda. I've cut down drastically and increased my water intake, which I feel has been very helpful.

We are coming up to calving, planting, beekeeping and gardening here soon. That will turn my life upside down!I love spring. Lots of challenges but lots of fun after a long Iowa winter. My husband is getting anxious to do one last trip to Florida before he is married to the farm for the next several months. That involves Disney and lots of walking. I LOVE Disney. Always lots to see, do and eat. I have to say, I am much more comfortable keeping track of my eating. I guess it gets easier with practice.

I am thankful for: longer days and more sunshine,
*breaking my stall
*a good job and good health
*more time to spend with family
*my grown foster kids and their children.

God is good.

Spring will be great! Potatoes is a huuuuuge vice of mine, you're strong lol. Keep up the good work :-)
