My husband is on vacation. We split a breakfast out, but we got some cheese samples from Central Market. Before you knew it we were buying some blue cheese and crackers and this key lime cream cheese with cranberries! I also have been eating Weight Watchers ice cream bars. Too much dairy! I will stop.

Sounds decadent!! But the odd little splurge just means that your diet hasn't taken over your life! Get back on track right away and no harm, no foul!!
