So darn close! Before warmups. I could do it halfway through but couldn’t do it at all at the end. So much for a light workout I think lol. Well, I went light on weights and then only took 33-36# off of the chin up machine (not the one pictured) for pull-ups and dips. Gotta say 100# on leg press for legs and calves sure seemed light! Oh and I did 40 & 70 on flies so light and heavy 😉. Too many people in free weights so I couldn’t sneak my teenager in. Although we did lat raises and curls and only got a few looks. There is a set of dumbbells between the weights and the machines so I thought we could get away with it. 10 minutes of basketball after that and I was done. Kid was right! I got her on weights by a lot, but she has me on cardio stamina lol. Any cardio other than a fast walk is out for me. Sadly I need to start running though after her trash talk. Probably won’t ever catch up to her though. Decisions decisions 😁

And this is a bad angle. My forehead was almost level with my hands so I still have, what, 6” to go? A little ahead of where I was before I lost 40#.

My 😂 was for the 1st post. Peeper Jen💕, you’re so fit. I’m getting most of my movement in with yoga and stairclimber. And just day to day activities.I love squats but it’s more fun doing a squat challenge for motivation.

^Yep, that's what I had my 11 year old daughter do and now she can do 4 in a row. Keep it up! Nice definition!

Getting in the start position may be an issue lol. I’ll see if I can try it on the machine that takes some weight off. Then just lift my feet?

Cool! Almost there! I really wanted to be able to do I pull up but I have not built up those muscles enough yet.

Chris, I can use a chair on the bar at home I think. I’ll start doing that before or after the gym!
