That'll be the pizza. It was good. No regrets from that side... but I never realised (before I started losing weight) how much takeaway pizza bloated me. Today POA - water, fresh things and a light dinner. Happy weekend all of you 🍕🍕
184.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
