The stress from the new position at work is getting to me. I'm falling back to food as a way the deal with it all. The gain could have been much more if I truely gave up on this weight control goal.
Food has always been for me no matter what the cause was and always ready to comfort me at a moment's notice. My hubby is a good man and husband but tears is his limit. I cant ask someone to help me if its going to cause them more stress.
238.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
