You're not alone. Everyone has those days. Before I eat my lunch/dinner, my favorite foods start to race through my head. :) Old habits die hard. One thing that helps me is to eat yogurt when i get a sweet tooth craving (which is often). The kind of yogurt that I eat (Kroger's Carbmaster Yogurt) has flavors such as "Carrot Cake", "Banana Cream Pie", etc (ok, ok, I will stop listing the names). But this yogurt tastes EXACTLY like the description with only 60 calories and 4 carbs per container. Try it out if you don't mind yogurts!

I've been there. In fact I've gone to a restaurant and started tearing up because the foods I wanted to eat would put me over on my calories. My head would start getting the best of me and I would wonder why I even bothered eating. When that happens, I set the menu down, take a few breaths, and remember why I am doing all of this. I want to be healthier and I want to be happy with who I see in the mirror. Feeling like you are at war with yourself is a horrible feeling. But everyone gets frustrated every once in awhile when changing their eating habits. You just need to refocus and know that you can do this. Easier said than done, right? When it gets tough, remember you have plenty of people on here to share the highs and lows of this journey with you. Don't give up!
