Hmmm. Dehydrated I’m sure, workout yesterday says I’m retaining some water and the 2000+ kcal didn’t help I’m sure lol. 125 is my goal before a cut. Don’t wanna cut yet 😭 😭.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
