yikes! It probably doesn't help that I ate chocolate chip cookies for breakfast yesterday or that I only slept 4 hours last night since I was planning the vegas trip. But I went to the gym last night and will go tonight, rock climb tomorrow, and gym thurs and fri! Sat will be some walking around so that helps, then sun will be rock climbing. I should get rid of hte cookies i made and lay off the dates! just bought more veg last night so that will help. really need to start measuring stuff and properly planning meals.
