well, i lost 600g this week, yeah about time. Starting feel like i may be getting on track. Had 2 perfect days in a row lastweek and did my zumba workout on both those days and felt great. Ok so i have gone off the rails again sunday, monday, but that's ok now to get back on track for the rest of the week. There should be no reason why i can't have 5 good days in a row now.... i can do it
