Day started at 5:30 am, by attending a Strong by Zumba class, then I taught Piloxing at 7, subbed for Zumba at 8:15, subbed for Zumba Toning at noon, went to Zumba at 5:15, then stayed for Piloxing at 6 pm. So pretty much non-stop. And I'm really proud of my abs of course I did two rounds of Piloxing floorwork. Oh and another 30,000 step day!

I'm a fitness instructor, so I do keep pretty active. When I'm not instructing, I'm grocery shopping, running errands, cooking, and I try to read before bed.
