The low carb biscuits are a keeper! DH and DD declared them winners and had seconds. I had them with steak and sprinkled some cheese and garlic butter on them. I am sure you could cook it in them but since was the first test of the recipe I did not want to deviate from the recipe. The only thing I would suggest is to lightly spray your foil.

Wow, the recipe sounds easy...this is something I will try.. biscuits with honey ( yes fake but who cares ) biscuits with ham and gravy --need I go on thanks for sharing this !

Thank you so much for sharing and the report Jaime! Chicken and dumplings is one of my favorite "winter" meals. I'll have to try them with the chicken this week. I sure hope you are feeling MUCH better.
