It's been a terrible week for the diet. First I had my high school reunion which meant a weekend of my Mom's good cooking, then a week at a convention -- too much bad food and more drinking than the diet allows. I held up a little better on the workout front. I managed a good run at my Mom's on Saturday, and workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I will report a weight tomorrow morning. I want a day back on the diet plan before I weigh in.

Good idea about not weighing in today, no reason to torment yourself. Tomorrow, everything will be back to normal. Good luck!

Good job keeping up on the workouts despite the challenges to the diet. I can't imagine trying to eat well at a convention for a whole week. And, I wouldn't worry too much about your reunion. It was a big event that you'd been looking forward to and planning for a long time. I'm sure you'll be back on track in no time.
