time to get back on-track after a pie-ridden weekend!
150.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.1 lb a week

My leader just suggested switching to core for those that have hit a plateau, or are just getting "bored" with the flex plan - I think it's a great idea to try it out! Good luck!
