Have completely stalled for the last 3 weeks. Think I've gone a bit out of control on fruit and nuts. Also have hardly had any exercise. Haven't done Wii Fit since we moved house.
Things have been really stretched last week with Simon back at home. All of my energy is focussed on him and leaves me really nothing for concentrating on my own needs. It will be like this really until he goes to school in September.
My fella is setting up our new TV cabinet today so hopefully I'll have the space to get my balance board out and get back on wii fit. I bought a new game called Just Dance last week and that's good fun and a good workout. My fitness levels have gone down already though; my shoulder and neck muscles burn really badly when I lift my arms vertically again. Booo :(
Time to cut back on the nuts, fruit and sun-dried tomatoes, and see if the scale starts moving again!
