Finally!

I worked out hard yesterday and I really was conscientious of what I ate too. I wanted to make sure that whatever I ate was healthy and good for me. It is hard to restrict my calories sometimes-especially when I have been on a food bender for a few days, but after a few days of getting back into it, it is like old hat.

I am going to make an honest effort to getting the last of my weight off. I don't have too far to go, and I am pretty sure that I can drop the weight I need to by September the 15th for the Tumbler Ridge Weigh to Go! Challenge that I started. I am the one person who lead this group, so I have to make sure that I am the one person who keeps it up:)

Lead by example.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
