Good morning everyone!
Just thought I would check in to say that the scales & I are getting along great these days! :D It feels fantastic to look @ my weight history chart & see the downward fall! Yesterday, I was feeling really snacky, but I resisted temptation! I made it thru the day! Thank God! I am glad that I don't have those days everyday! ;)
I am going to be leaving for a mission trip next Saturday (6/28). A group of 21 volunteers & I are going from our church to Madagascar. Madagascar is an island off the southeast coast of Africa. We will be working on a new educational building for new pastors there. I am very excited about this opportunity that God has given me! ;) We will be gone for 11 days, so I will miss all of my friends here! I will really miss my food diary, but I think that I can stay true to my diet. I am taking lots of packaged tuna, granola bars & 100 calorie packs. We aren't sure what we will be eating on a daily basis, so I am going prepared! I am sure that I will get lots of exercise with the painting & construction that we will be doing! Not my usual form of exercise, but that will be great for my body! I ask for your prayers as we prepare & go out on this great adventure! :D
Well, I am headed off to the gym to do some stretching & then the elliptical or treadmill. Hope everyone has a blessed day! Keep your eyes on the goal!
