I am feeling so terrible today.

I started a great new job and love it! But I'm finding it hard to get into a good eating pattern and to get back to the gym.

This past few weeks I've put back on a kilo - partly from eating differently, partly not exercising and also probably because I changed Pills. I feel yuck.

I must get back to the gym and watch what I'm eating.

As I posted recently, I'm reading "The Perfect Fit Diet" by Dr Sanders and it's really good! I've dicovered my strengths and weaknesses and that I work best on a calorie counting diet but don't do well on a low carb or low fat diet. This is good news to me! I can stick to this sort of diet - yay! I do recommend this book - it's very educational and made me feel more confident about my diet choice.

I wish you the best of luck on your new job. Exercise is important. Walking at lunch time is a good exercise. Does "The Perfect Fit Diet" mention how many calories you should consume in a day?

You will do it. I know its hard to get into the groove of exercising when we are so busy with everything else. I was doing so good and the past week I have been slacking. Lets both promise to do something today. I noticed you said kilo..Where are you from?

I have been eating too much food! Working in hospitality with great Chef's has it's ups and downs. I've been walking more and taking the stairs but eating too many calories so it all evens out to nothing. This weekend I'm moving house so lots of walking and carrying boxes which will be good for exercise. As of Monday I'll get back into the exercise but until then I will be more careful with what I'm eating. How is everyone else goig this week? I'd love to hear about it :)
