I tried really hard to be "good" this week. I tracked and tried to eat 0 pt foods as the main foods. I did have my treat every night because it makes me happy. However, I ate out both of my meals today - I'll spend the rest of the week working that off!
Ah well.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week
