Up, down! Up, down! Just call me yo-yo. My fat cells are against me. Oh well. I think the only way I'm going to lose these last 5 lbs. is to exercise...consistently. I hate to jump around, because my chest feels like it's having an out of body experience. It feels like they are dragging me down when I do my Turbo Jam! I just have to suck it up and work out. Ugh!
120.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet LA Weight Loss   gaining 3.5 lb a week


I'm a yo-yoing with you girl.....LOL I know about that chest experience.

I know what you mean Andrea, I have been up and down the same 5 lbs for about three was getting really old and I had to change something.
