Last 2 days, a few more calories consumed, but weight is holding a 166. We are going to California to visit my sister and we are looking forward to the trip! There will be wine tastings in the Napa Valley and good meals to be had. just have to be mindful. I probably wont be on the site, but will record my calories and exercise in a small book I keep.
