I have done fairly well. Got my protein in,but had way to many carbs.. Starting the 3 day protein liquid so I can get back on track with protein & carb ratio.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
