I swear I stepped on scale like 10 times to make sure this is correct, and even then I'm still in shock. I generally do not advocate weighing yourself everyday, but the 10's challenge wants us to. It may be water weight, tomorrow if its the same or lower I guess I can't be in denial anymore ><
264.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks! Just looked at my bio and its says my rate is -6.5 a week lol that's crazy unhealthy. Since I have to record my weight every day this week, hopefully that levels out some.
