it's been waaay too hot to ddr most days :/ which really slowed my process down and there was a lack of greens in the house for salads which also I think is important for my diet.
As far as eating goes, I've only been eating until I've been satisfied, and if I get a craving of sweets , I go light on them.
maybe I sound cut out on the sweets on the days I can't work out.
I think also more water is in order! Well, It's not insanely hot yet so Im going to go ddr before it does!

What level ddr are you? (basic, expert?) I'm just past beginner on the DDR Wii, but work up a pretty good sweat on the faster songs. I have awful knees and ankles though, so until I lose some weight I turn Jumping off, cuz it's quite a jolt and makes me have to stop sooner.
