The first day started off really well and then it was downhill from there. Mostly, because of poor planning. I realised over the past two days that if I don't plan my meal the night before I end up eating foods that don't make sense both in terms of weight-loss and financially.
I'm also feeling quite anxious about gaining weight, I'm going home to see family that I haven't seen in years and as with any family gathering food tends to be a big part of the excitement. Hopefully next week things will go more smoothly.
Here's to a week full of meal prep, for lunch at least...
