You have lost an incredible amount of weight. You are almost there. I am 75 years old, female, with some health issues and meds that have a side effect of weight gain. I have lost about 10 pounds in the past year and am really encouraged to lose a lot more. The Zone seems to be helping me a lot.Thanks to all in this community. I am encouraged.
