Got ice cream last night. I felt like I deserved the treat, but I should have stopped at half instead of the entire thing. Going to bed last night I felt gross and regretful. This morning I had an apple and told myself, "That's all you get!" So, hoping that made up for it a little bit. Shooting for 1300 calories today instead of 1600.
