It has been 100 almost every day for a couple of weeks. i am down to my air walker and doing some chair exercuses.
My son went to Midland to see his children and granddaughter. We have food just not what I need, due to diabetes, and low salt for my heart.
Even so I had small losses up till today.
I am determined to lose the weight.
