I have been doing really well on working out since mid December but just started tracking about two weeks ago. I am feeling great. Eating reasonably isn't hard. I was almost about to get frustrated from logging so many hours at the gym and not seeing pounds come off until the last week or so. I wasn't eating horribly before but now that I am tracking, I know it will start to fall off. I'm doing too much at the gym not to make it worthwhile so I've really gotta get my eating great - which I am doing super well. I took last weekend off because of Superbowl and snowboarding trip (lots of beers, oops) but I aim to track everyday. The important thing was that I got back on it Monday and worked out and tracked. Go me!!
