In four months I have only lost 11 pounds, but in those four months:
My cholesterol went from 262 to 202, only 2 mg. above normal.
My triglycerides went from 645 to 264 (my Dr. says still slightly elevated but "dramatically" improved).
My HDL went from 29 to 44 (it needs to go up some more, but this is better).
Because my cholesterol and triglycerides were so high, they couldn't measure my LDL, but now it is 105, only 5 mg. above normal.
My A1c went from 6.1 down to 5.9, .3 above normal.
My glucose went from 110 to 98, within the normal range.
I think I'll keep doing what I'm doing. It seems to be working. LOL.
