i went to the gym today. the first time in over a month. i sat in the dry sauna and a big guy in their told me "don't let anyone get in the way of your goals. If you keep at it, it will work." I can't remember the last time anyone said anything like this to me. Seems strange, I know. A total stranger speaking to me directly...inspiring me to keep at it. I really, really appreciated his support.

I just realized it has been over 6 months since my January post. Back then I was determined to get to the gym during lunch at least 2x a week. I am disappointed to say that I didn't keep at it. I weight exactly the same now as I did then. Why is it that I can't stick to my plan?
