Okay I just worked out for the first time in like a week. I need to start doing this 5 days a week like it says. I must get back in the workout game in order to really get where I want to be weight wise. I'm doing good food wise trying to make sure I stay on track and when I have messed up I just go back to phase 1 for a couple of days. I basically always on phase 1 anyways since I'm only eating meat 2 or 3 times a week. To all my buddies when ever you post anything on my page ask me if I've worked out today maybe that will get me going. lol

Did you work out today? Sorry, just following your instructions. It's hard to exercise when your chasing a toddler all day. My kids are bigger, but I still have to wait til they go to bed before I can get in any exercise. You still lost though, even if you only exercised once this week, and that's pretty cool. Ok, go exercise!! (hehe)
