Man oh man, I was doing soooo good. Until last night, I went out for tapas and shared six freaking plates. And not healthy ones either, I'm talking calamari, fried green beans, fried goat cheese, duck empanadas, hanger steak, and plaintains. And today we went out for dinner again...the devil and I had fajitas smothered with mexican cheese ! AHHHHH!!! Why do I sabotage myself? I'm not giving up this time, because I truly feel that setbacks happen, but this is definitely dissappointing!

Agree w/Kazin. When you have days like that you have to keep in mind the bigger picture and focus on your goals. The problem isn't the setbacks. The REAL PROBLEM is not getting back on the saddle. When you decided you were going to start eating healthier, you pretty much won half the battle right there. The rest is just doing it. Trust me, one bad day won't make you unhealthy, just like one day of eating right will make you healthy. It takes time, determination, and doing the little things day by day that helps you make your goal. Remember, you're gonna have other bad days of eating "drama foods." But instead of being down & out, always look to tomorrow to do better. The beautiful thing about life is that is gives us another chance. So now is your second chance buddy. Be Blessed!
