I am 9 lbs up from my lowest weight 3 months ago but am still feeling fabulous!. Since Christmas I have been exercising and even though I haven't budged a lb (I have been trying to get back in the 140's) I have maintained this newer weight without going any higher. I definitely feel stronger and leaner and haven't even done that much with the weight training just yet. I have been keeping up with Zumba, snowmobiling and my elliptical trainer. My clothes are still fitting perfectly which is a bonus. I am planning for March to go back on another round to shed the excess fat to get ready for spring and summer! This last year I have been extremely happy and excited about my success and I have learned a lot about myself! As I look back from one year ago I have successfully kept off 30lbs of excess weight and will keep on in the next year working towards my goals, to become even more healthier, leaner and fit.
