I am very frustrated that I caved in last night. I went over my RDI. I had been doing fine. Then to know that I can't get rid of this bloating. It is driving me crazy. I look at my stomach and just want to puke. I can't stand this anymore. I watch what I eat, and have been drinking water at the ying yang. Good grief. I am going to take my son swimming today so hope that playing in the pool will help with exercise. I might go walk the track tonight. I forgot that yesterday was Thursday and didn't make it to Zumba. Another frustrating thing.

Well If you are drinking water that is a great start. If you feel you are still bloating then it is what you are eating not that you really binged last night. I do and on occasion too, but the thing I do is stay away from breads and pastas a far bit have yogurt in the morning everyday and eat some kind of fruit unsweetened apple sauce an orange anything like that no dry foods they will make you bloat. Dry fruit included. Oh, and eggs for breakfast maybe increasing your bloating it happens to me and a lot of others. Hope this will help good luck!
