Still the same... WHY can't I get past 145? Grrrr....
145.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys! I'll keep on keepin' on... The "Diet" has actually become pretty natural, it's finding time to exercise that I'm having the trouble with... Thanks so much for the encouragement! <3

Best of luck carving out time for exercise as it one of the hardest things to do especially when your a mother, wife etc. I have learned I am getting very protective over my P.E.T. (Protective Exercise Time), as the exercise is giving me some "me" time. Time to think, time to energize, time to take care of my body, ETC. Time is precious and you my dear are worth one hour a day! TOWANDA!!!
