I must confess. I frustrated and disappointed in my plateau, so today I over ate on protein cereal bars. Well, I guess I will have to stop buying them to avoid abusing them. I got some good news. My insurance company finally got my paperwork, so I will find out if I'm approved or not for surgery late next week sometime.

OH no!!! I HAVE SO done that many times! In fact, uhhh, a few days ago I bought the fiber one cereal chocolate, thinking i could just have one bowl, ended up eating it like chips! I now know I can't buy it, dang! I know I can't have any bars in my house. Maybe some day haha. I can't wait to find out about if you get approved! Keep my fingers crossed it goes well.
