Exercise updates Part 1:
10min Yoga: 87cal
Walk to the bus stop: 0.65 miles 2.6mph 128cal
Walk from station to Tesco express: 0.58 miles 2.7mph 111cal (I normally don't do this, but as I caught the early train I grabbed veggies for lunch before work so I'm counting the change I didn't count back from Tesco as that's equivalent to the station to my office and thus "normal routine")
Jogging the stairs to the office 5 flights, 56steps total: 0:38sec 2cal ^^^ Err yesterday with the default stats this was 14cal :/ Apparently someone 110lb lighter and an inch shorter than me, burns 7 times the calories doing this exercise... I suspect there is sommit wrong there.
Jogging up the stairs isn't about burning calories though. I still don't get how that can be so different.
Total so-far 328cal
Will be going out for my lunchtime walk in a bit, that should be interesting given the stats difference (A very rough calc based on my walks this morning doubles the calorie burn I was given with the default stats).
Part 2:
Okay back from my wander for some reason endomondo crashed and so my walk was broken into 2 stages (it doesn't like facebook uploading a photo as it's running)
Walk out to the London Guildhall: 1.81miles 24:45min Avg speed: 4.4mph 277cal
Walk back: 0.73miles 12:49min Avg speed: 3.4mph 155cal
Total: 2.54 miles 36:34 minutes 432cal
Climbing the stairs: 2cal again. So I think we can assume the result yesterday was erroneous. So I'll discard the 24cal difference. I will carry on doing it, but I won't be counting it separately any-more.
Totals: 594+173=767+24=743 3377-743=2634
432+2+328=762 2634-762=1872
WOO just over half that BBQ offset in 4 days, with 10 days to go, and that's including Monday and Tuesday which were intentionally underestimated, and yesterdays lunchtime walk which was using default stats.
