Here I am again. I lost some and gained some more. Now I am officially starting over. I will try to get up the courage to weigh myself maybe this weekend. It is so hard for me to face defeat. However, I have been working hard and it's been a stressful year learning to cope with my father's dementia. Here's to my new begining!
