I am feeling much better today after the carb/calorie overdose weekend I had. I lost 2 of the 4 lbs I gain over the weekend. It must have been water retension. I have drank 68 oz of water both days and I'm feeling good I have decieded to start my 3 mi daily walk again but in the AM instead of the PM. It's still between 90 & 100 at 7:00pm here! I think the morning is gonna be the best time for my walk for the next month or so. HAVE A GREAT WEEK EVERYONE!

Alright Wendy, that is wonderful! You are doing great! I have been thinking about changing my walk time to the morning also. It was so hot and humid tonight, that I was soaked by the time I got home. Sweat was dripping off my nose!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Yes I definately think the AM is goona be better for both of us! Just getting up a 4:30am is a challange for me but I am gonna do it! I am NOT a morning person, but I guess change is good!
