I'm not going to explain the last few days but i went grocery shopping today and got special k cereal, low cal queso & cheese. Low cal cheese wedges also. Spinach dip, low cal crackers & tortillas, 100 cal. Brownies, soups, chedder rice cakes , granola with fruit , sobe water, dr.pepper 10 & bananas. I love carbs lol.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
