There is is. Like a car on the tracks I couldn't steer away from, there's 240. I want so bad for the scale to go the other way, but I don't have the minute to minute discipline for that to happen.
240.3 lb Lost so far: 88.1 lb.    Still to go: 60.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
