I am back on track - stayed good all day and I am starting to feel a little less bloated and sluggish after this weekend. I drank 66 oz of water and it seemed like I spent most of my day going to the bathroom! I guess it will take a fews days to detox my body of all the carbs and feel "Light" and mobile again. I swear I will NEVER do that again! I guess I must weigh myself tomorrow and I am dreading it! I hope everyone had a great weekend and did better that I did and Have a great week all!

Wendy - I too have had a stall for three weeks, but I am NOT giving up - I have come too far for that. So, go girl. Whatever the scales say, I am sure your trousers tell you something else!!!!!!!!!!!
