Well I finally got the courage to step on the scale after two weeks of careless eating.. 6 flipping lbs up.. my bar is no longer yellow it is orange again.. nuts to that. My back is still kinda crapped out.. I have an appt to see a PT tomorrow in regards to my back.. I had xrays taken of it on the 28th. They came back fine... which is good cause it probably means it is just weak muscles. (keeping fingers crossed) I am really desperate to have this issue fixed. I have started riding my husbands stationary bike.. It is a recumbent bike, so way more comfortable to ride.. and I can read for like the first 10 min and the last 10 min.. but the 10 in the middle I have to pedal like the devil is chasing me.. so no thoughts can be spared for my book. The kids love it because we set up their trampoline down stairs so they can take turns bouncing. I do 30 min a day and my husband does 1 hour (show off). I have been in a funk as of late. I know it is mostly due to my back and what my back is keeping me from being able to do. I have alot of hope pinned on this PT appt tomorrow.. I hope I am not setting myself up for a huge let down. On a side note I have decided that if I am going to be miserable anyway (because of my back).. I just as well be thinner. So no more mindless eating.. it does not make my back feel better and it never ever will. But maybe just maybe being thinner will. But I am really hoping that they will show me some good exercises that I can do that will have me feeling much better in like 6 to 8 weeks.. Please everyone think good thoughts for me. I really can not even tell you how much a bad back rocks my world.. I feel like I let my family down because of it.. so not only do I feel bad just because it hurts.. I also feel guilty. good grief.. ohhh my pager just went off .. looks like my table is ready.. yep there we go.. pity party for one.. ready to be seated. :P I kid, I kid.. but yeah nuts to bad backs.. I say down with those.. but make sure to bend with your knees.
