Did some research and found how many calories I need to maintain my current weight. This is what I found. Your current calorie needs are 3459 per day.
The number of calories consumed should be broken down as follows: Carbohydrates: 1557 - 2248 carb calories, or 45-65% of daily intake Protein: 346 - 1211 protein calories, or 10-35% of daily intake Fat: 692 - 1211 fat calories, or 20-35% of daily intake
I am currently eating less than 1500 cal a day. I will increase this to about 2000 at some point as to not lower my metabolism to quickly.
