Man, why am I starving today? I just couldn't get enough to eat! I was good ... until I ate Sun Chips @ 7:30pm!!!!!!!!! I had to have something! Now I have blown my "less than 150 carbs & less than 1300 calories"! Oh, well! It's not over! It's okay! I just felt like my body was telling me today that it needed more ... seriously! I felt like I was really starving. I don't know why. The only thing different is that I worked out pretty hard the last 2 days on the treadmill. The scales have not shown it, but I did! Maybe my body just needed more nutrients to recover from the workouts. I don't know? I guess I will see what the scales say in the morning, huh?
