Well it seems I am going to have to switch things around abit. Due to health issues me and Adkins are a bust. With my GB gone, and having IBS, and the amount of fat intake Im in alot of pain so I am switching over to a low calorie intake diet. I will however check in with my adkin friends to encourage them on. You all have been good to me. Now I must redirect my weight loss journey toward another avenue. I will still do my challenges with my challenge group as it will help me conquer my goals which still lay before me. I WILL reach my goal! Thanks for being a great outlet for everyone here trying to do the same no matter which avenue they use. You are all a blessing!
