Half a pound this week... This is going Soooooo Slllooooowly! It's ok, at least it's going, right?
142.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you know the half a pound if it is fat is equivilent to half a cube of butter? You are doing very well, it just takes patience:)
